Fidelis BioPharm has the ability to offer a full range of services ranging from permanent placement to staff augmentation. Our track record speaks volumes as to our ability to deliver. With local and national clients and an extensive candidate pool, we have a vast array of resources in which to draw talent.
To identify qualified candidates, we first search our extensive internal database of candidate resumes and profiles. We contact those candidates who are a match and those candidates who, due to their expertise, could refer a qualified candidate. Much effort is spent locating qualified candidates to add to the database for existing and future positions. We locate the vast majority of our quality candidates via cold calling and referrals. Our seasoned staff of recruiters has the skill to locate hard to find candidates, including early discovery and pre-clinical scientific professionals.
We are members in good standing with the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) and the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC). One third of our staff are Certified Personnel Consultants or Certified Temporary Specialists.
We support and participate in several professional organizations, such as ACRP, DIA, AAPS, AMWA, SQA, and RAPS.
